1. I really like these presets tho?Itz Awesome App for photo editing.....also it increase clearity of are images....n images makes more attractive as well as Awesome.....thiz app experience izz too much good fr me.......When I downloade any preset , I couldnot find in my storage .

2. And I find unprofessional that the developer prefers to provide a "funny" answer instead of something helpful or improve the app.Not sure if files are downloading and I have no folder to open to find the presets.

3. LOVE LOVE LOVE these presets!Confused... Everytime iv tried to download a preset it keeps saying unable to open? This could be a really good app but I'm struggling with it.

4. There are a few times where the file will not open in your notification list BUT if you go the to file manager it will be there.

1. Fix Lightroom Presets and Filters Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lightroom Presets and Filters: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lightroom Presets and Filters App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lightroom Presets and Filters" » Open Lightroom Presets and Filters » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lightroom Presets and Filters » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lightroom Presets and Filters app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lightroom Presets and Filters servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lightroom Presets and Filters" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lightroom Presets and Filters app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lightroom Presets and Filters might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lightroom Presets and Filters. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lightroom Presets and Filters then reinstall.
