1. The payment option is not working since long time, tried many times but message pop up always saying to try later.The application isn't very smart, I have been trying to register my account for 2 weeks, and everytime I get the error of "Connection Failure - Please try again".
2. How am I supposed to pay my SEWA bill if I cannot access my own account?Unable to know my password which i forgot.. Even after giving both email address and id.. It has given me one chance then saying account block and contact sewa.
3. After single chance it rejected the login.Not deserved even one star..worst service.application has features for the customer service, user friendly, but no use, sudden hike of the bill no clarification when ask, when raise a complain or request to them no response at all.
4. More work need to be done in term of downloading bills and payment receiptTotally useless!!! SEWA is charging an additional 1.75% service fee when payments are made through their app.
5. Forgetting passwords, ids, email address is very normal.. There must always be options available to manage if 3 out of 4 ids are correct and known to consumer.
6. Looks very old need an update with more options.This is usless application, waste of time.
7. I sent this screenshot to SEWA whatsapp customer service, and no reply.
8. First the bill payment should be more organized and easy to reach.
9. Payment should be made directly through the app not through another gateway.
10. Tried to create an account.
11. Unable to pass the username and password step.
