1. Honestly it seems like they don't even realize the most common usecase for this is paying billsTotal Complete Garbage App!! Worst app on my phone! All I want to do is pay my bill but it makes you go all around the site to setup an account to make a payment.
2. What if I simply want to update info prior to paying the bill? I've had returned payments due to the fact that my bank account # was incorrect, and there's no way for me to update that info due to being locked out of that payment option.
3. Update 2 months later: Things started working, auto payment feature is nice so I don't have to remember to do anything.
4. Today, while trying to make a payment with my debit card, that too won't process.Much better interface for dealing with your city account than the old web based system (though even that has improved a lot too).
5. And no matter how many times I reset the password after receiving a temporary password, the system never saves the newly changed password since receiving the temporary password.Worst customer service (non existant).
6. Now in my situation of a duplicate payment, they say they will send a check within the next two weeks?! A check?! My advice: delete the app and just mail them a check. Can't login to site, can't login to mobile app.
7. Every single I need to log in, I have to reset the password as then the system tells me I can not reset the password, and then I have to request a temporary password from a human operator.
8. The only option to add payment methods is upon paying a bill.
9. **But I'll pay it, we always do... don't we.Why does this app does not allow customers to view/and or update payment methods.
10. Never came across an option to setup early payment for due date! It just takes it when you setup the payment.. Ugh!Easy to use and navigate.
11. When they finally updated it kicked everyone off and locked many users out, especially an inconvenience to paperless bill and autopay customers.
