1. I wish there was a calender view and an ability to see what your co-workers are doing and where they are at.I use this app for work and all it does is constantly freeze up forcing itself to be closed out and re-opened...and this happens literally 10 to 30 seconds after opening it...its extremely annoyingMy techs invoices come over as voided but not on his end? Invoices are disappearing.

2. I can see major potential with this app but it does need work.I beta tested the new version and liked the ability to view completed jobs but it had many glitches while it was beta.

3. Accidently flipping from portrait to landscape while on the signature screen will lose the page causing me to reload ALL the settings and return to the customer for a second signature.new update removed the map view with all jobs from the app.

4. Really liked this feature and don't understand why that feature got removed on the Android version.Freezing issues and overall bad performance when used on an Android device.Sadly, this is the app that the company I work for has chosen to use.

5. We're losing money from doing jobs but no invoices to show for it!Works pretty well, although when looking at job listing, it does not display technicians when swiping left and right next to directions link like IOS version does and Android version used to.

6. The other part of the voice memo that causes issues is that if you were to touch the screen anywhere except for the recording bar it closes the recording and you lose the recording that you made.

7. please add the map view back to the app, not nice to remove features after a whole company has adapted to itThis app worked ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Until the recent update of May 2023.

8. I think that when taking a photo in the app it should save to the phone or device that you're using to take the photo with and possible tagged with the job name or job number.

9. Secondly if you are doing a audio memo in the app and your screen times out you lose not only the recording but it closes the recording app.

10. Final release improved these and restored the others nearby tab but files load very slowly now, often taking up to 2 minutes to load paperwork that used to take 5 or 10 seconds on the same device.

11. Thirdly if you use multiple devices to log yourself into service trade and you clock in on one device clock out on another device you can potentially get yourself into a locked state with the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ServiceTrade Issues

1. Fix ServiceTrade Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ServiceTrade: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ServiceTrade App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ServiceTrade" » Open ServiceTrade » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ServiceTrade » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ServiceTrade app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ServiceTrade servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ServiceTrade" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ServiceTrade app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ServiceTrade might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ServiceTrade. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ServiceTrade then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ServiceTrade not working


2. Fix ServiceTrade Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ServiceTrade be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ServiceTrade not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ServiceTrade may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
