1. Hate paying an ongoing fee.Need to pay for a subscription to save any mind maps createdCan't save without subscription...Download and then ask money to save mapNeed to subscribe!!! Slow app!!!Please use something similar like the whatsapp subscription model.

2. So unless you plan to create only one mind map in your life, and you don't mind leaving this app running all the time (so you won't lose your map, which you can't save), this is strictly a demo, not an actual app.

3. Each time you exit a map, it asks if you want to [Discard] your map or [Subscribe] ( [Monthly] or [Yearly] )—until you subscribe.

4. The publisher doesn't exactly knock themselves out making this clear.No where does it say you can't save without paying.

5. And given how slow it runs, it isn't worth paying for.It is pretty good software.

6. You can create maps, but you can't save them until you subscribe.

7. It is important for reusing picture in other SW.No real trial.

8. Android version on my phone does not work.

9. I wish it can export diagrams with a transparent background in PNG format.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix iMindQ (mind mapping) Issues

1. Fix iMindQ (mind mapping) Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart iMindQ (mind mapping): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the iMindQ (mind mapping) App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iMindQ (mind mapping)" » Open iMindQ (mind mapping) » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iMindQ (mind mapping) » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear iMindQ (mind mapping) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iMindQ (mind mapping) servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iMindQ (mind mapping)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check iMindQ (mind mapping) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iMindQ (mind mapping) might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall iMindQ (mind mapping). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iMindQ (mind mapping) then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iMindQ (mind mapping) not working
