1. Otherwise great app!Everything seems just fine with the app, works like a charm! I suppose that some folks just perhaps haven't switched from any default settings with the alarm/notification sounds or something else like that if you might require looking in the battery optimization settings, as suggested by the developer from the app? I like the 'Reminder Pro; an elegant layout with easily made reminders, and really helps me keeping on track with things.Edit: this app is perfect , except there's no backup.

Edit after 2 months use : when swiping away a reminder in the phone's notifications list, the default action should be "mark as done", so that the task would not appear as "overdue" in the app, thus requiring one more step in order to make it disappear.Great reminder app, however I love to see a feature added to adjust alarm length in seconds.

3. I did try to find out why, but all settings are right, its just not playing notification sounds, while it stil plays the alarm sounds just fine.All things considered, this is a great app, it makes creation of reminders about as simple as it could be.

4. As an example, I have a daily reminder .. at the time the reminder happens, if I hit "done", the reminder simply postpones 24 hours, you can see this in the settings, where you can control behavior of recurring reminders.

5. Only had to add it to "Ignore battery optimizations" and "Keep apps running after screen off" and never missed a reminder (unlike other apps, which kept getting disabled in doze mode).

6. If you press the checkmark it moves recurring weekly reminders to the next week, which is terrible design because there is no other way to save the reminder than pressing the checkmark.

7. In the Pro version you can select loud music for the event time, but for the Reminder you only have dings, dongs and bongs that, unless you are sitting at a quiet desk, are not audible.

8. This app I can feel confident that I will be notified at the proper time and date, either by an SMS type tone, or a phone ringing type reminder for more urgent events.

9. This makes the Reminder function of no value.For recurring tasks, there is no "postpone" option.

1. Fix Reminder Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Reminder Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Reminder Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Reminder Pro" » Open Reminder Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Reminder Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Reminder Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Reminder Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Reminder Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Reminder Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Reminder Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Reminder Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Reminder Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Reminder Pro not working

2. Fix Reminder Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Reminder Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Reminder Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Reminder Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
