About Training

1. This app is intended for all users of Seagull Training Administrator to access their training requirements and competence status.

2. You can access important fleet information prior to your next onboard assignment, provided your company is using the feature.

3. It can now sort your training requirements by due date and notify your assessor that you are ready to be assessed.

4. You can also download data for offline usage.

5. Note: Your company must approve use of the app, before you can use your STA credentials to login.

Training Customer Insights

1. I only completed 1 module using this app the rest are unusable.Easy to access anywhere you are..even lay down in bed.hahaha.. I'm just kidding,but in reality very comfortable to watch video,and you learned as well.

2. Sometimes there is no run e learning button.Not updated, some of our new Subject aren't updated here.. Kindly update it for it is only allowed in Computers.

3. Modules only open in the beginning topics but the last 2 or 3 doesn't open.

4. Most of the time the app dialogue boxes are out of screen and while saving progress you get automatically logged out from account.

5. The content (informations from video/writen part, the questionaires, info etc) were made for desktop therefore are extremely hard to be read.

6. Very time I open the app to do a cbt, it crashes.

7. Instead do something nonsense...I had a hard time on starting the e learning course,.

8. Most of the Asessment doesn't open.

9. At least in this actual format.The app started downloading some files after that my phone glitched, had to restart it a few times.

10. There are no other apps open in the background.

11. Otherwise the app is very informative and the modules are also interesting to watch with 3d animationCons: 1.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Training Issues

1. Fix Training Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Training: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Training App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Training" » Open Training » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Training » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Training app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Training servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Training" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Training app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Training might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Training. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Training then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Training not working


2. Fix Training Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Training be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Training not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Training may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
