1. Additionally, their "customer support" is merely a FAQ page, no way to actually contact someone for help.The app works great! I was able to scan roughly 1k books in about 1.5 hours.
2. Now the listing software glitches on live mode, database doesn't work about 50 percent of the time, and the purchasing company has really dropped the ball on their customers.

I upgraded my plan to include the database. However the app does not allow me to download the database. Ive checked and there's nothing showing a database download. All it shows is live scanning, I cannot find a menu that says download database.

Whenever I try to scan any book, it comes up as "no results found, have you connected your Amazon account to our web portal?" I click the portion on yellow so connect and it takes me to the payment plan page and does not prompt me to do anything further. Need help.
Hi the app was working amazing I was sourcing away with databases mode which I happily paid for then out the blue the database mode is not really working properly so I tried to download database over again still didn’t work the PROBLEM is I will scan books I already bought and they were accepts and the app will say NO RESULTS FOUND but sometimes it’ll work for one or two books but most the time it won’t then I’ll use live mode and it’ll work perfectly fine As a new seller trying to start out without a lot of money this is very annoying so is you can get back to me as soon as possible it’ll be greatly appreciated thank you for your time

The home page says UNDER CONSTRUCTION and I am unable to download the database. I reinstalled my app but can’t can’t get it to down entire database. It freezes up.
Hi, when I’m using my scout IQ after I put in the isbn # and I click on the a for Amazon it won’t go to the part where you can click prime to see how many are in FBA at the moment. It just goes to Amazon where you can look at the product. Usually it skips right past that part and lets you Check how many are in FBA. Thanks. Gina

Hi, I’ve been using scout IQ for a year now and it’s been great until just recently. It won’t work properly. It won’t let me go live anymore or when I type or speak inthe search bar it always says no results found and won’t work. I can’t research books any more. So if there’s no bar code or isbn I can’t look up anything. Hoping to be able to fix the problem, going live and researching was a great asset.

Hi. I was on a 14 day trial and I’m trying to sign in again because it signed me out and it doesn’t even recognize my email and so I can’t reset my password. I don’t know when you’re going to bill me and I really really need to know when that’s going to be because after the trial I believe that is what occurs and I need to be able to talk to someone.

So ive spent the last few hours trying to figure it all out and its not the easiest. Everything has been going well and you took the last payment on the 18th Ocotober, I have two questions why did you stop my account, and why have I had to pay again to resign up when the last payment was less than a month ago

On Thursday 6/17/21 I registered to start the 14 days trials with my business email "info@redacted. However, the system would not allow me login for trial. The system also doesn't allowed me to use my business email stating it is already taken. I have to use my personal email to get through to be able to contact you

Hello, I have 3 employees that are all encountering "No search found" or "No network connection" errors constantly today. They are all using different networks, (T-Mobile LTE Version, WIFI) and the books they are scanning have come up on scout IQ before. The only common issue is that they are all under my account.
