1. Minor issues that would be great if they were fixed, thank you!I pay for unlimited data, I have a brand new phone, but for some reason this app has never worked at all for video visits unless I was connected to high speed WiFi.

2. The only things I can do is schedule visits at the facility which ends up being 3 hours between visit length and travel time, and send messages.

3. The video visit apps has many errors that can be confusing to say the least and although it has taken me numerous attempts I finally was able to complete the mission.

4. It constantly freezes, glitches, and gives weird error messages when trying to visit.

1. Fix GettingOut Visits Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GettingOut Visits: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GettingOut Visits App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GettingOut Visits" » Open GettingOut Visits » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GettingOut Visits » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GettingOut Visits app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GettingOut Visits servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GettingOut Visits" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GettingOut Visits app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GettingOut Visits might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GettingOut Visits. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GettingOut Visits then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GettingOut Visits not working

2. Fix GettingOut Visits Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GettingOut Visits be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
