1. But when I push on the continue button it doesn't do anything I have done this over and over again with the same results So I guess it's time to uninstall!!!!Horible app!! I already had an account, i can sign in on chrome but when it comes to signing into the app, it says an error has occured!!! Tried on at least 6 different phones!!! Very dissappointed.I can't ever do any visit off the app.

2. Even though I wasn't able to visit because of connection errors from iWeb on 3 different occasions, it charged me for every single one of them.I wasnt able to sign in ever... Very disappointed...keep getting error message.

3. Tried several times until i got tired of seeing tne error message "someting went wrong try again"😩Only works with certain devices.

4. There should be an option to turn on speakerphone.This app won't allow me to even sign in to create an account I fill out all the questions, email, password, etc.

5. I can schedule a visit through the website and then conduct the visit through the app but can't schedule through the app for some reason.

6. Hopefully the developer can include all type of devices.This is a great way to keep in touch with a loved one.

7. Only other complaint with the app is that the sound comes out as if you were on a phone call and have to hold the phone to your ear unless you use headphones.

1. Fix iWebVisit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iWebVisit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iWebVisit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iWebVisit" » Open iWebVisit » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iWebVisit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iWebVisit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iWebVisit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iWebVisit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iWebVisit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iWebVisit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iWebVisit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iWebVisit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iWebVisit not working

2. Fix iWebVisit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iWebVisit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iWebVisit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iWebVisit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
