1. It's been through some changes always for the better! Nice to have a fitness app where it's continually under development for the better and the responsiveness of the support team is refreshing!I love this app! It has made logging my workouts so much easier, and it handles all the math for me ahead of time, saving me time to get my workout in rather than mess with notes.
2. You can just go with all the default options and get a good workout, but you would be better if you Understood the different 531 options before starting the app, to prevent having to try and change things after have started your cycle.
3. There appears to be no discernible way to return to the lost workout or to manually enter what you already have done.So far so good, very customizable workout app that can travel with you even if you migrate off a 5/3/1 program.
4. 4 stars because some of the prompts aren't super clear, though as you go through the weeks it makes more sense.This app is a great way to track and monitor your progress.
5. Good deal.would be great to be able to set certain exercises as "dumbbell" or "barbell".

8. Some issues with accidentally adding exercises and cant delete.I really like the app! There is a bit of a learning curve to set the app up to your 531 Program.

11. 1 major complaint is not having more common excercises to select when adding accessories to the workout.
