Wireless Audio-Multiroom Customer Insights

1. However, I find the speaker grouping to be unnecessarily cumbersome, interfaces with streaming services (pandora, tune.in, etc.) faulty, and even something as simple as shutting it off to be a multistage function. This app worked perfectly with my samsung speaker for about a year.

2. Shame on you Samsung for making us deal with an underbaked product and ecosystem! This is just a horribly designed app with frequent crashes, often dysfunctional speaker networking, and not quite user friendly.

3. Nothing has been done to resolve this issue. We've been using our Samsung speakers for a few years now and have REALLY enjoyed them.

4. I got it to connect a Samsung 850 atmos soundbar to their R1 wireless speakers as the rear speakers in my home theater.

5. So now I just can't use the speaker anymore because there isn't a spot to manually plug in an aux cord! Such bs and very disappointing that so many people have problems and samsung still can't fix the app. This app worked beautifully up until a week ago.

6. I'm a fan of many Samsung products, but this one is a nightmare. This app is meant to connect Samsung wireless speakers.

7. Let's hope this update is a sign of life from Samsung, these speakers were NOT cheap.

8. And a sad thing is I love the speakers! They sound fantastic and in a world where karma was balanced, they would have an app that allows them to play music in a fantastic way.

9. I have a Samsung S10 phone, Samsung speakers and a Samsung TV and soundbar.

10. Based on articles I've read, this is due to a recent Android update.... what a shame Samsung.

11. The app crashes often, it comes up with the "no speakers found" all the time, the volume control jumps all over the place on it's own.
