So my review is ya it works at most places but with no incentives and really high ATM fees I would just say there's no real reason to sign up for this unless you really have no other options.Horrible!!! I have been a loyal customer since 2007!! Yes there has been a few issue when the system "updates", but this is out right unacceptable!! I can't speak to anyone regarding my issue because both #'s I have hang up after reciting the automated message! I have emailed my issue which still only give "cookie cutter" automated "do not reply" emails with a useless case ID #!!! Trust and believe, once I activate another financial service, it's goodbye & DON'T look back!!😡🤬I would like to request more features in the notifications settings, specifically for letting me know when money is deposited into my account, but other notification options can be added as you please.
2. I wish this place would end already.You all are trying to charge me for a card I never received ! PLUS The app keeps shutting down when trying to load a check!I had 2x $20 to rushcard goals taken out & 1x $300 to rushcard goal transfers only i deleted 1x rushcard goal 4 days before these transactions took place 1 day late ! Now i can get my $20 back from rushcardgoal that was deleted because saying it was put on my account on 5-05-23 but that $20 came from rushcard goal that gets $300 to it every month because had to transfer the 1x $20 back to my card day ot to 5-05-23 funny thing is that $20 didnt show up until i was just now on phone with rush cardJust Trash.
3. What a joke.Not sure whats going on with this app wont transfer my money my card is not workinf and customer service is rude and hangs up on you as soon as i can get my money off here im closing these cards i have been with them since 2007 and its just getting worse and worseWas cool at first.
4. And yes when you call customer service it directs you to contact them online or thru the app.
5. My suggestion/resolution to this would be to add the ads/new feature notification as another banner under the card displays on the home screen of the app.
6. In one word HORRIBLE!!!!! It was great when the service first started.
7. The ATM fees are HORRENDOUS and the are quite a few apps who have reward programs that incentive users to switch or sign up.
8. I've been lucky enough to not have any funds stolen or frozen, but I can't deal with Rush no more.

10. I no longer get texts with card activity or balance.
