About Runmifit

Runmifit Customer Insights

1. I've never gone into this thinking it's going to be 100% accurate but would give me a very good representation of the correct numbers but when you've been tracking you heart rate and BP for months to get a better grasp of some problems and all the data dissappear with an update its pretty upsetting.The app continually will not sync with my fitness tracker.

2. Messages and calls never show and have never shown, takes a while to connect, sleep tracking doesn't always work and isn't very accurate.

3. I've tried just about everything to get it to work properly but am having no luck.It seems ok at first, but any update and you lose all data.

4. After about a week of using the watch, I can no longer get the app to sync 100% , it stops anywhere from 52% - 76% and then closes and reopens the app several times until I closes it completely.

5. This app definitely needs some fixes!It's really a 3.5 but that's not an option.. my 1 and only complaint really is every time there is an update to the app I loose all the previous days I've tracked.

6. Whenever I play an audio message in WhatsApp, the Runmifit app splash screen takes over the whole screen, vanishes after a second, then repeats until the audio message is complete.

7. very disappointed that I wasted my money on this product! Also I have an Android which is not an option to link your phone and the instructions given are too vague and unhelpful.

8. It does not connect to Google fit and will not share data.

9. Why is it doing that? How are these two activities related?Device keeps disconnecting from the app on my phone, but it shows on the band that it is connected to a device.

10. I can only track my steps, sleep patterns don't get recorded when it doesn't connect.

11. Every time the app updates it won't sync and even when there isn't an update at times it won't sync.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Runmifit Issues

1. Fix Runmifit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Runmifit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Runmifit App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Runmifit" » Open Runmifit » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Runmifit » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Runmifit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Runmifit servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Runmifit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Runmifit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Runmifit might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Runmifit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Runmifit then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Runmifit not working


2. Fix Runmifit Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Runmifit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Runmifit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Runmifit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • runmefit kept stalling at 75% when I tried to sync to my device. After turning my phone on and off several times, I uninstalled runmefit and reinstalled it. I went to system settings to choose my account and although my account shows up as an option, when I choose it, the selection button turns off (to the left) and does not add my account. Also, under system settings it shows Unit settings and temperature unit in english, but the section for selecting my account is in asian characters, so I cant really read it. Below those characters, Google Fit is written in english.

  • I purchased the watch from Runmfit about a year ago in 2021 my not have been a year ?. every thing has been working well till about 2 weeks ago. the APP. and watch crash about every other day and I liise all my data metls and all. also the watch shuts off by itself and it taks 5 min or more to get it to come back on. also the watch face dims and then btight again several time a day. this is when the battery is full. the watch is relay dime right now. can you help me with this problem...   • My sleep app is totally inaccurate. It tells me that I sleep an average of 9 to 10 hrs/night which is wrong. It tells me that I fall asleep @ 9:30 pm or so when in reality I fall asleep every night around midnight. Please tell me how to adjust this app otherwise this fitbit us useless. Thank you

  • The app keeps losing the connection to my device and will not reconnect every time I recharge the watch. I try reconnecting every time and sometimes it works and sometimes not.   • Got Runmifit as Bday gift from my sister.Followed instructions correctly and carefully on how to remove the band to charge. It was always too tight from the start but I thought it’s just new and hoping it will ease up in the future but NO the charging plate broke in half, as I was always carefully removing the band to charge it, half in the band and the other half in the unit itself. Can Runmifit replace it with a new one. I would like to think I got a defective one. Runmifit should be able to improve on this issue, creating a mechanism to easily remove the band for charging. Release button to press maybe?
    Looking forward for your reply and hoping Runmifit will replace this as I just got this last month March.

  • I purchased my RUNMIFIT watch and it records about four times the amount of steps that I take another words I used another step counter and I only took 900 steps and the RUNMIFIT watch recorded 14,000 steps what a ripoff for $130.The watch I bought for $30 kept more accurate accounts than this RUNMIFIT HUGE RIPOFF not happy at all
