1. Fully updated.It's previous versions were perfect especially for downloading when the internet is going hay wire,but the new version is not,because it lefts the uncompleted files and show them as a complite file.I mean when you resume downloading a file,the app finishes progress while the file is not complete.Used to work well, now it doesn't recognise video files, downloads them as ".bin" files and to use those files I have to rename them in a file manager and remove the ".bin" extension.

It ruined everything.use to be one of the best apps on Play store.. 6 Star rating.. now the moment it opens.. an add comes up.. and you cannot close the tab unless you shut down the program.. so you might aswell uninstall it.. and I tried this on different model mobile phone's and internet services.. exact same problem.. add.. unable to close.. what a complete disappointment.. and there was no update for this error to occur .. just randomly started.. so sad.

3. Has been like this for some while and does this on my OnePlus phona and my Samsung Tablet so isn't a device issue.Update April 20th, 2020: The problem with premium account is once again solved.

4. The "schedule" function is pretty much useless as (a) you still have to click each file one at a time to add it to the schedule (you can't upload a txt file and schedule all of them) and (b) every time I try to schedule a file, the app crashes.

5. However, for the last 2 months, premium features are stripped off with simple notification "cannot connect server to verify your transaction".

6. I prefer the old version of this app.I've tried numerous times to contact the developer, my diamond membership suddenly expired.

7. The free version is decent but DON'T purchase the premium version as all it really does is remove ads.

8. I have had a lot of issues in the beginning, even after purchasing the lifetime/membership, I attempted to contact the developer 6-9 times over the past few years.

1. Fix Download Accelerator Plus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Download Accelerator Plus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Download Accelerator Plus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Download Accelerator Plus" » Open Download Accelerator Plus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Download Accelerator Plus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Download Accelerator Plus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Download Accelerator Plus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Download Accelerator Plus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Download Accelerator Plus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Download Accelerator Plus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Download Accelerator Plus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Download Accelerator Plus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Download Accelerator Plus not working

2. Fix Download Accelerator Plus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Download Accelerator Plus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Download Accelerator Plus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Download Accelerator Plus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
