Why should I report an Issue with GIF Player - OmniGIF?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Now it won't play animations no matter what you do.The app actually helped me out watching some gifs that I couldn't do normally but the problem is I can't delete files for some reason, the files just reappear again after closing and opening the app Edit: I basically go for the device storage option, from there the same problem happens for both internal or external storage, haven't got any error message and yeah I can play them just fineEasy to use, worked from the start though I have had a few freeze up/app not working errors.

I dont know when this started but I started to notice it last week or two.Used to be a good app, now rather than request access like a normal app instead needlessly complicates that and it didn't even play the gif I copied to that folderIs there seriously no "save as" function here? Is there no way to convert a webp to a gif? The app says nothing anywhere about what features are unlocked with premium.

3. Other than that I think this app is a real keeper and well worth paying for.. either going with the subscription or once off option.The best player but it should auto play the gifs when any .gif file is accessed....Killed by updates.

4. One thing I'd like to suggest for future development is the expansion of the rotate feature, so the user can increase the rotation by incremental degrees..up or down, as the current set angles are somewhat limited.

5. However, for WEBM files I would appreciate an A-B repeat function.

6. Limiting the number of folders seems to help but I have thousands of files across dozens of folders.

1. Fix GIF Player Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GIF Player: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GIF Player App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GIF Player" » Open GIF Player - OmniGIF » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GIF Player » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GIF Player - OmniGIF app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GIF Player servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GIF Player - OmniGIF" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GIF Player app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GIF Player might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GIF Player. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GIF Player then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GIF Player not working

2. Fix GIF Player Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GIF Player be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GIF Player not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GIF Player may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
