Why should I report an Issue with Imgur: Funny Memes & GIF Maker?

1. Freezing, loading the same five posts over and over, the "unable to refresh stream", new and more invasive ads and ad placement, the 'refresh and hide seen' function doesn't work, and the refresh function works half the time.

2. Posts don't load most of the time, refreshes and goes back to the top on the rare occasions that you're able to actually view a post, no longer allows scrolling, crashes/error messages all the time.

3. I don't want to use an app that requires constant force quits and cache clears just to function, so I guess it's time to call it quits on this one.It's become completely unusable with the latest update.

1. Fix Imgur Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Imgur: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Imgur App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Imgur" » Open Imgur: Funny Memes & GIF Maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Imgur » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Imgur: Funny Memes & GIF Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Imgur servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Imgur: Funny Memes & GIF Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Imgur app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Imgur might not work.
