1. Constantly get stuck on screens with no option to go back or elsewhere, constantly freezing and not saving things changed within the app, etc.Cannot create an account via mobile, postal code field shows only numeric keypad.

2. There has been 0 follow up even after reaching out via email.I filled out information for the site, this afternoon on a traditional computer.

3. Fail for the app problem, double fail for lying about itThe app has a good feel but is lacking key section for current assigned Associates.

4. I do everything on the go on my phone and this app is missing so many options for people like me.Great resource but the app crashes all the time.

5. And when you try to save your information after editing it, it gives an error message that it has trouble saving.I like the app for the most part and what it can perform.

1. Fix Robert Half Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Robert Half: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Robert Half App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Robert Half" » Open Robert Half: Job Search & More » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Robert Half » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Robert Half: Job Search & More app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Robert Half servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Robert Half: Job Search & More" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Robert Half app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Robert Half might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Robert Half. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Robert Half then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Robert Half not working
