1. I've noticed when I go to settings and on app notifications this app doesn't even show up! But it shows up under apps and it says no permissions needed so like huh? Can you please fix this? Or release the old version cause I used to get notifI'm not sure what is going on, but notifications have completely stopped.

2. I've tried everything from reinstalling the app, turned on the notifications on the app, went to settings and turned on notifications for all and NOTHING! I've been losing shifts left and right cause of this.

3. I also haven't been a le to sent messages to my group as I get multiple pages created and turns into a long blank white screen then freezes.Constantly logging out and having to log back in.

4. A lot of spaces in between lines.Not getting notifications anymore even though the boxes are checked in the app and are on in my phone settings.

5. I've erased and redownloaded the app multiple times, only to see in my phone settings the notification for the app is permanently turned off.The new update keeps logging me out, change back to the original.

6. Please fix this issue soon.It was working well until all of the sudden it won't let me post in the group chat without adding unnecessary extra spaces! It makes it so difficult to post something.

7. App previously worked fine but now when I try to open it a blank page shows up with the only option to change the domain.Awful app.

8. And it freezes all the time now! They need to fix this issue as soon as possible because it is getting irritating.

9. PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!!!Worked one time, and then has only crashed immediately upon opening, so I can't even use the app.Won't load login screen.

10. The spaces are still being added, and I can't delete them because the app ends up freezing.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Zipline Issues

1. Fix Zipline Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Zipline: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Zipline App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zipline" » Open Zipline » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zipline » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Zipline app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zipline servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zipline" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Zipline app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zipline might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Zipline. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zipline then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zipline not working


2. Fix Zipline Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zipline be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zipline not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zipline may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
