1. 2 things that I'd ask for: vocal coaching on form and having workouts lined up by equipment so you're not switching every 30 seconds.My experience do far with the app has been quite positive! Although a few bugs in the beginning but that's to be expected and they were serviced quickly! Customer service has been prompt which is a plus.
2. More help in that area would be great Other than that, I think the app is great@The RESET app is full of different workouts that target different areas of the body.
3. it's so sporadic that most of the time I have to go off memory what the workouts are.... please make it work better, as it has been extremely helpful and inspirational.... when it works.
4. Having a health and fitness app where I can plan my workouts, SEE how to correctly do the movements, plan meals, and have a community is literally what I've been waiting for.

However there are some suggestions that would make this app better such as cuting down the timer from 5 to 3 secs between workouts, also allowing the app to go to the background so that the user can play music, and more everydat receipes.I had initially given 1 star but the app update has addressed most of my concerns.
6. I like the versatility in the categories of workouts (you will be dripping in sweat!!) If I can leave a suggestion it would be to have an optional voice over by Jenna in the workouts like encouragement and to push.
7. 3)For a couple exercises, the visuals are different in the 90° and 45° Suggestions: 1) Voice overs explaining what to focus on for proper form and common mistakes.
8. I love having different time duration options as sometimes I do not want stay in the gym for a long period of time.
9. People in their 30s- mid 40s and younger will do very well with this app while people over 45 may need something different because of metabolism changes, body and hormonal changes and the normal changes that come with menopause and pre-menopause.
10. The workouts are challenging but worth it.
