Why should I report an Issue with Ringtones for Android™ | RMXY Official?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Why can't they just add the price at the playstore itself?Yes this app dose what it says,tunes are awesome....but you have to pay 550/per week for that...so if you are not interested in that don't waste your data and time !Such a fake app they ask for subscription.. not recommended don't waste time in installing the app rather there are cool free ringtone apps on play store .

2. They are only making fool jst to download their appI have given 4 stars because mostly all ringtones are music only, it should also include songs (verbal) in remix...Try updating that in the next update please...I would then do it 5 stars...Seriously i didn't even tried it.

3. If you like some music and want to use it as a tone to to YouTube and search for it and download it with vidmate and use it.

4. Even worldwide famous apps like spotify, apple music,etc don't charge that much..Asks for money right after installing it.

5. I mean guys there are so many other apps where download is free.

6. They didn't mention in the description that u need a subscription to start the app and provide them the advance payment which couldn't be possible.

7. Paid app... Doesn't gives response for a long time and crashes a lot even in high end devices... Currently I am using one plus 6 and it crashes a lot even in this high end phone.

8. You surely lost a customer with false adDon't install And waste your data.

1. Fix Ringtones Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ringtones: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ringtones App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ringtones" » Open Ringtones for Android™ | RMXY Official » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ringtones » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ringtones for Android™ | RMXY Official app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ringtones servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ringtones for Android™ | RMXY Official" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ringtones app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ringtones might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ringtones. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ringtones then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ringtones not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ringtones be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ringtones not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ringtones may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
