1. There are many choices such as classical and softer ringtones that are easier on the ears.This is a not a ringtone app like Zedge, where you can download different ring tones, notification sounds, etc and use them on your phone.

2. I love how much they care about what we want to see/or add to this app! Just amazing.The sounds are cool and all and easy to switch around, but for some reason when I plug my phone into my car it switches it back to the standard notification tone.

3. So, now I've got a great selection of unusable ringtones.I like the number of and variety of pitch tones in each category of ring tones.

4. No thanks - false advertising.It's honestly a really good app, you can choose different type of ringtones you'd like, with many, many options.

5. If the only complaint I would give about this app is that it's frustrating to not be able to have ringtones for every little thing on my phone.

6. There are many ringtones to choose from and I like the fact that they're not all just clipped versions of popular songs, if that's what you're looking for then this app may not be for you.

7. - The sound quality is actually very CLEAR & LOUD but I always like to a have a larger variety of tones to choose from.

8. You can even set up wallpaper, wow! It's not really what I was looking forward to because I wanted them to have an option to take a video from your gallery and use that as your ringtone.

9. If you want a better selection just download Zedge I've had it for years and it's still pretty good.

10. Lol It's great though!! The choices of genres and category of different music was truly ingenious!!It's an awesome app.

11. I don't mind 'watching' a few ads to unlock a batch of tunes, but as far as I am concerned, now they're just taking up valuable space in my phone's memory.

1. Fix Ringtones Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ringtones: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ringtones App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ringtones" » Open Ringtones for Android™ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ringtones » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ringtones for Android™ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ringtones servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ringtones for Android™" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ringtones app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ringtones might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ringtones. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ringtones then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ringtones not working

2. Fix Ringtones Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ringtones be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ringtones not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ringtones may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
