Unfair inmates pay for this service and can't even use it.This app has so many flaws such as freezing up if you or the inmate even moves, hangs up on you for no reason and then charges the inmate $0.25 every time they call back just to get hung up on again or frozen, its glitchy almost like talking to a robot.

2. It is so heartbreaking and disappointing to not be able to visit with someone you love, especially when you're paying money for it.App sucks sometimes he has to call 3 times for us to see each other it freezes up alot.

3. When it works, if it works, it's great but more often then not, it won't connect to the call server and half the time, it doesn't show the video when you connect a call.

4. We spend way to much for the quality we get but its all there is to keep in connect with the ones we love.I was able to receive ONE call uninterrupted and that was it.

1. Fix Reliance Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Reliance Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Reliance Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Reliance Connect" » Open Reliance Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Reliance Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Reliance Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Reliance Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Reliance Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Reliance Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Reliance Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Reliance Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Reliance Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Reliance Connect not working

2. Fix Reliance Connect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Reliance Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Reliance Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Reliance Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
