Reimbursify Customer Insights

1. As it stands, filling out the healthcare provider's forms is much much simpler and much faster.I had an insurance issue in the beginning that I needed their customer support with and I wasn't a fan that the only contact method was email.

2. Also there really should be a browser version of this, I hate having to do it on my phone instead of my laptop.Still waiting for ONE YEAR one ONE claim that I submitted with Reimbusify!!!!! I have had to reach out to them constantly to find out any information on the status update.

3. Frustrating experience.it's clear they spent a lot of time polishing the data entry flows for submitting a claim on a mobile device.

4. A couple months ago, I tried turning on the feature that would allow the app to track the claim through my carrier and that was a disaster.

5. For about 6 weeks I couldn't use it due to an android bug, so I wrote them, and they gave me 10 credits free and fixed the bug! Excellent customer service.

6. Also wish there was a website version, so much faster using a keyboardApp refuses to accept a pdf of my superbill, as soon as I select it, the app resets to asking for a file as if I didn't just give it one.

7. There was a bug that caused Android users to have trouble submitting claims but once they fixed it, they contacted me to let me know.

8. No fail-safes, so I accidentally filed claims with the wrong insurance, which should t even be possible on their system.

9. I hope this company/startup becomes a household name, what a great service to help busy people.

10. Claim submission went through to aetna in and was applied to my acct in just a couple days.

11. The number of emails I've sent to them over one claim is in NO way convenient at all.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Reimbursify Issues

1. Fix Reimbursify Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Reimbursify: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Reimbursify App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Reimbursify" » Open Reimbursify: File Claims Fast. » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Reimbursify » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Reimbursify: File Claims Fast. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Reimbursify servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Reimbursify: File Claims Fast." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Reimbursify app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Reimbursify might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Reimbursify. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Reimbursify then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Reimbursify not working


2. Fix Reimbursify Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Reimbursify be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Reimbursify not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Reimbursify may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
