1. I don't know whether password is right or wrong.Fail to reset password.Smart Traveller is the name of the reward programme yet it shows up on the phone as Airport Rewards making it extremely difficult to find!After keyed in email address & password, it states Member is login for the first time.

Then log in to the App with no problem.Had poor experience using this apps as I been travelling few countries and checked in few premier lounge and showed my apps ID to officer .however ,its not credited points to my apps .and CS mentioned denied my appellation .I hope apps user alert on this issue.make sure the points has credited .else ,you unable to appeal it .Link in notification nothing happened after clicking.

3. It is a scamHad problem first time logging in as message of first time log in kept appearing after keying in the correct password.

4. Very frustrated when see promotions in the notifications inbox but cannot click the link to understand more.The redemption goodies are so useless and shxtty...... the app interface is not smooth, a bit slowCannot login.
