Why should I report an Issue with Navigator for Huawei Band 2, 3?

1. Had this running on an old Mi band 4 previously and was great but would like some support for the Huawei Band 4 Pro please and the comment about selecting band 3 pro doesn't work as this app doesn't show in the app list on the device notifications.Not working on Band4 Pro, not showing anything from Maps, only sometimes on the phone status bar, but not on Band4 Pro, all permissions on, other apps like whatsapp and messages show correctly on Band4Pro, only this not.

2. Later Edit: after a day of tuning, permissions and other settings, removing and reinstalling the app several times, I finnaly got the app to show notifications, but only text, no arrowsIt's working perfect on my huawei band 4 pro even if it's not mentioned on the list of the supported devices.

3. Works by just sending direction as notification so that it shows up on band completely useless and pathetic app very very disappointed wasted hard earned money on this.After downloading it based on its title I was dissapointed to see that it didn't actually support the Huawei Band 4 Pro yet.

5. I'd definitely recommend this app to anyone who needs directions right on their wrist.Purchased the premium feature and as I upgraded to new device, not able to use the premium features on my new device completely idotoc app, premium feature is waste of money customer support is non existent.

6. No idea why but hey.I've never been able to get this to work correctly I get the 1st notification but after that say rerouting, despite notifications appearing on my phone.

7. Sends test message every time but then says cannot contact Google maps and to grant permissions (even tho already done multiple times).

9. I downloaded this app to use with my Huawei gt2e but I couldn't get it to work (I'm not techy).

1. Fix Navigator Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Navigator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Navigator App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Navigator" » Open Navigator for Huawei Band 2, 3 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Navigator » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Navigator for Huawei Band 2, 3 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Navigator servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Navigator for Huawei Band 2, 3" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Navigator app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Navigator might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Navigator. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Navigator then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Navigator not working

2. Fix Navigator Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Navigator be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Navigator not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Navigator may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
