Mobilize Share Customer Insights

1. Why not putting a prerequisite to user before they waste their time for nothing? Not to mention all of my information are already uploaded.Unreliable due to many small issues including: location and battery level of cars shown in the app are often incorrect; cars frequently very dirty, uncharged, or in need of maintenance; cancellation fees not disclosed when cancelling a booking; €420 deposit per rental takes 10+ days to be returned.

2. I ended up paying double the rental price for an issue that isn't my fault.Booked for 11:45, due to summer time change, the app just changed my booking to 12:45.

3. Then you want to contact customer service and the faq gives you a email address and website of Renault Mobility that doesn't exist anymore.

4. Some serious update needs to be done.Spending a lot of time to take photo of documents and correct them (because of not clear ID with selfie).

5. Another example of a big corporation producing a disappointing service that could have been good 5 years ago maybe.When you really need the App to function properly, it doesn't.

6. Each time you're not able to lock the car, even if you call them, you'll still pay the extra cost though it's not your fault.

7. They are therefore frequently uncharged or only partially charged and this is not correctly reported by the app.Couldn't lock the car because of a problem with their system.

8. Cars in Nice are charged using low-kW chargers.

9. Last but not least, it's way more expensive than the other alternatives on the market (have a look at drivy for instance, you would be surprised).

10. They extended my time twice because of this problem.

11. There is no parking lot where you are sure that you can park you car when you reached your destination (parking is a nightmare in Paris!!) .

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Mobilize Share Issues

1. Fix Mobilize Share Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Mobilize Share: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Mobilize Share App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mobilize Share" » Open Mobilize Share » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mobilize Share » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Mobilize Share app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mobilize Share servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mobilize Share" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Mobilize Share app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mobilize Share might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Mobilize Share. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mobilize Share then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mobilize Share not working


2. Fix Mobilize Share Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mobilize Share be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mobilize Share not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mobilize Share may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
