1. Why not putting a prerequisite to user before they waste their time for nothing? Not to mention all of my information are already uploaded.Unreliable due to many small issues including: location and battery level of cars shown in the app are often incorrect; cars frequently very dirty, uncharged, or in need of maintenance; cancellation fees not disclosed when cancelling a booking; €420 deposit per rental takes 10+ days to be returned.
2. I ended up paying double the rental price for an issue that isn't my fault.Booked for 11:45, due to summer time change, the app just changed my booking to 12:45.
