1. HiviewHD is surveillance software which support live video stream, video record and playback, video remote playback,snapshots and PTZ control, etc.

Keep up the good work.Bad this app always go off line when I need it the most I have the best wifi ever hooked up to the modem and it still buffers for a long period of time I wish I would have stuck with my old app thank for nothingconnectivity issue is there , when we connect the online devices its comes for 02 second and goes off.

2. For what this system cost me I should not be having this issue!Easy to set up and use! Love it! Just one issue, you should make it able to save video and pics directly to the phone instead of to the appExcellent.

3. This however could be an issue with the camera system itself.Was good at one time when all it asked for with permissions was camera and storage.

1. Fix HiviewHD Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HiviewHD: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HiviewHD App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HiviewHD" » Open HiviewHD » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HiviewHD » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HiviewHD app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HiviewHD servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HiviewHD" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HiviewHD app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HiviewHD might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HiviewHD. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HiviewHD then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HiviewHD not working

2. Fix HiviewHD Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HiviewHD be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HiviewHD not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HiviewHD may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
