1. Awesome support.The app stopped working and I can not get it to restartAmazing customer service! The developer is prompt in responding to your issues! I like the app and have found great use for it this past year from nursing student to now transitioning to the bedside as a nurse! I do recommend this app!!I am a paramedic and this ap helps recall dosages and vitals on emergencies.

2. I love that you don't need internet access to use it too.App isn't working.A lifesaver when figuring out (and double-checking, because we're sleep deprived!) The dosages of various meds.can really use a search function to find quick dosages of specific drugs you need rather than scrolling through lists.Not bad.

3. Would also be nice to have a favorites section to be able to aggregate more common meds and equipment I use into one section.Some of the medication doses are incorrect.

4. Bought the app worked once and ever since all the app does is say pedistat is loading please wait and never actually loads.

1. Fix Pedi STAT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pedi STAT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pedi STAT App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pedi STAT" » Open Pedi STAT » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pedi STAT » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pedi STAT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pedi STAT servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pedi STAT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pedi STAT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pedi STAT might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pedi STAT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pedi STAT then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pedi STAT not working

2. Fix Pedi STAT Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pedi STAT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pedi STAT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pedi STAT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
