Why should I report an Issue with QuirkChat: Find Your People?

1. you also cant adjust the picture to fit more into the crop so most of my best photos couldnt be used as you couldn't see both me and rhe quirky thing I'm holding haha this will be great once the bugs have been worked outTerribly made.

2. it does take a bit to load, but the thing that gets me is there should be options available for like people in areas closer to you instead of randomly showing a person across the globe.

3. With the nature of the app its very hard to edit any profile information because it will just load for 3 minutes straight, then freeze up, *then* proceed to crash.I think this app has a ton of potential, but it is just so slow.

4. They need to get more people on their app and encourage more people to send out messages and friend requests.Ita a nice app so far but it's super slow.

5. another thing, showing 1 person at a time ro either befriend them or not, what if most aren't ready to talk to that person and want to scroll by to see who else is there and them come back to that person?This is the slowest app I have ever used.

6. I'm actually connecting with people who share my same interests and I'm not constantly running into guys who only want pictures of me.

7. Even with strong wifi and/or data on it still takes too long to open and sometimes will freeze and buffer for upwards of 3 minutes before crashing.

8. *eyeroll* The only reason I gave 4 starts is because I'm having a lot of slow loading, and even network failed to connect.

9. trying to upload pictures is a laborious task, ive given up at 2 photos because i went through the process about 20 times but whatever photo i chose it wouldnt add it.

10. I love the point of the app but it's pointless to use if you can't even get it to open.great idea, some glitches.

11. No replies usually, and you can't see online status, but most profiles are clearly for "dating." A con that has been for nearly ten years can't even be added as cons you attend also.

1. Fix QuirkChat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart QuirkChat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the QuirkChat App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QuirkChat" » Open QuirkChat: Find Your People » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QuirkChat » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear QuirkChat: Find Your People app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QuirkChat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QuirkChat: Find Your People" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check QuirkChat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QuirkChat might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall QuirkChat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QuirkChat then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing QuirkChat not working

2. Fix QuirkChat Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make QuirkChat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to QuirkChat not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, QuirkChat may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
