1. Thanks and keep up the good work. The only issue I have is that when Metra is running special schedules, the app does not update for the departure times for trains running or not running on that date.
2. You have to refer to the special schedule, which is not easy to find either online or hard copy at the Chicago station.Late notification of 1/2 hour delay caused me to miss a very important event.
3. I would recommend adding a widget of whitch you could set a station and display the time to the next departure.Great app, I can travel about town on public transportation with great confidence of where I'm going and when I'll arrive.
4. I don't use public transportation that often but when I do it's reassuring to know I can count on this app to plan my route with accuracy in real time with timely updates.
5. As someone who also does this for a living would recomend an auto update when the app itself displays "no schedule available from metra".
6. I'm not sure what happened but the app is no longer accurate. It's mostly good until the 302 Pace disappeared from the selection menu! I have this app on my other phone, and the 302 Pace route is still there.
7. I'm currently waiting for what I thought was an on time train, but there's a 14 min delay for track construction that the app hasn't picked up.
8. To refresh the arrival time I need to save a bus route stop, close the app, and then open it again.
9. the alerts on Metra are HUGE! Thank you!!!As of September 2019 this app stopped updating.
10. Because it is otherwise a very good & accurate app! Most reliable app for Chicago transit I've found.
11. I moved here from Seattle 7/2018, and was used to the transit app created and managed by the transit districts so I assumed Chicago would have the same.
