1. i have screenshots to show this! can't wait to stop having a need for it! hope some time soonDont bother with this app, they charge a service fee every time you reserve for less than 2 hrs and additionally each time you want to extend your time.

2. You are charged additional fees for using the credit card and less you pay the maximum amount... this might be fine except when the maximum amount is 2 hours and you can only load up an hour and 45 minutes.

3. When i finally got to point of setting up the account, it asked for credit card info to "pre-load" my account with $20 to use for the first time.

4. Which means it actually cost you more money than if you were to load the actual maximum amount.Makes you preload $20 just so you can even see your location's parking information.

5. This is such a scam - a way for the city to make money for those that just need to park for short amounts of time.

6. takes away the math if you know you're leaving at a certain time as well as with this app feature, it would be nice to be able to do more than 3 hours.

7. App cost me a few hundred dollars.the only 2 things I would change is add a feature to the add time menu to set the exit time as an alternative option to just adding time.

8. They have you "pre-load" with a ridiculously high amount of money using a credit card before spending it.

9. Any time I try to log back in it makes me go through the steps to create a new account.

10. In my case saw that it was only for 2 hours which wasnt enough time, and I contacted support but they refused to refund.

11. You don't even get the bonus of being able to view the city parking map because the app for that straight up doesn't work.

1. Fix ParkChicago Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ParkChicago: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ParkChicago App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ParkChicago" » Open ParkChicago® » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ParkChicago » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ParkChicago® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ParkChicago servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ParkChicago®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ParkChicago app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ParkChicago might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ParkChicago. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ParkChicago then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ParkChicago not working

2. Fix ParkChicago Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ParkChicago be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ParkChicago not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ParkChicago may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
