1. I really like the new update which allows you to scan or enter your barcode to earn points a little bit faster towards discounts and free food! Thank you Farmer Boys team!This app isn't just bad, it's utterly broken.

2. Beyond that, you can just visit the website.4 out of 5 stars! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the app sometimes load super slowly, which is a huge inconvenience when you're trying do you didn't at the register inside the restaurant! Other than that, the app works great, has an easy-to-use interface, and overall super enjoyable.

3. Before the last update I was able to "scan" my receipt to earn points, but after this last update - it won't let me scan without "confirming" my email.

4. So with the level of profit it is bringing in, how do they now have an online ordering system like most of these spots have been picking up these last four or so years? So yeah, the rewards system is "ok" when you remember to use it (since you clearly aren't going to pull out the app for anything else to make a habit out of anything).

5. Whoever designed this app needs to get their "ACT" together! Not being able to change my email is total BS! And a person can't change it in the Playstore area either! I'm really close to uninstalling this stupid app! 😠Trying to order is difficult.

6. I'm already signed in and when choosing my food order, it asks to sign in again and just takes me to my rewards area.

7. Learned this after scanning the receipt for the soda I added at the window, then tried to scan the receipt for the meals purchases and wasn't allowed to.

8. The app is cool , however when you scan your receipt it doesn't let you know it was accepted, so if you think this and manually in put your bar code it will give a message that its already been processed.

9. So, 12 reward points lost because I already earned 2...BS!!! Also, it would be nice to order from the app.I tried to redeem my coupon.

10. Plus, when I scan my receipt barcode, it doesn't do anything to get me any rewards.

1. Fix Farmer Boys Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Farmer Boys: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Farmer Boys App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Farmer Boys" » Open Farmer Boys » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Farmer Boys » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Farmer Boys app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Farmer Boys servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Farmer Boys" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Farmer Boys app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Farmer Boys might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Farmer Boys. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Farmer Boys then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Farmer Boys not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Farmer Boys be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
