2. would be the say to go...This is a nice app and a thought but this particular device and app needs to be trashed and completely reworked... The app is very SLOW, and I'm having issues getting many of the features to work... As far as the device goes, I've had a lot of connection issues: I have to keep my iPhone ON my area to stay connected for just a few seconds... any movement I make, the device stop working.

3. My darling charged it overnight and I've managed to get it to work for about a total of 20 minutes before it needed charging again... I am highly disappointed, I'm glad I've only waisted money on this one device...Doesn't stay connected, I have to put my phone up to my wife's area just to connect for only 30 seconds.

1. Fix Vibratissimo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vibratissimo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vibratissimo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vibratissimo" » Open Vibratissimo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vibratissimo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vibratissimo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vibratissimo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vibratissimo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vibratissimo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vibratissimo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vibratissimo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vibratissimo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vibratissimo not working

2. Fix Vibratissimo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vibratissimo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vibratissimo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vibratissimo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
