2. I've been trying to reach out and contact someone about this issue, hoping for a refund except I cannot find any form of contact for the app! My advice is make sure you only click things once and you should be fine.

3. Every other time you close it, you're logged out and have to reenter your information, only to be stuck in a 5-minute loading screen.Really inconvenient, is the only way to put it.

7. It gives the option to order two dry cycles on one machine for 2x the price, but you only get one cycle and are still charged 2x the price.So far I think the app is great.

8. I think the app would be more useful if you could add funds then use them at any location rather than having to load funds for each location.

9. I can see how busy the washers and dryers are and how much time is left on them as well as add more time to the dryer.

10. Can't add extra time to the dryer once it's done, so you have to just guess in advance.

1. Fix Speed Queen Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Speed Queen: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Speed Queen App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Speed Queen" » Open Speed Queen » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Speed Queen » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Speed Queen app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Speed Queen servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Speed Queen" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Speed Queen app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Speed Queen might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Speed Queen. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Speed Queen then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Speed Queen not working

2. Fix Speed Queen Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Speed Queen be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Speed Queen not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Speed Queen may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
