1. THREE times it's sent me a confirmation text and each time I enter it, it says it failed!! I went to the website and, if course, there is no direct contact listed!! The company may be legit but their customer service and app are both suspect!! It's the weekend so I'll give it till Monday to see what gets updated.Works. I see a lot of "alert" comments, which I also received; I just created an account and was fine.

2. I tried creating an account on the app to see if once I was logged into it I could connect my membership information but was unable to because the verification code was denied even though I entered it correctly.

3. To sign in makes me use a verification code that continously doesn't work, freezes up when you try to copy and paste.

4. It keeps saying it fails every time I enter the verification code that is texted to me.

5. So damn frustrating that I am tempted to just cancel my own subscription.What exactly is the reason for this app? So crashes when you try too input the verification code.

8. When trying to sign up,the "one time code" it sends you NEVER works.

9. After several months I thought I'd see if it finally works, but nope.Bought the unlimited and installed this app to be on top of my account.

10. And once you do (after 6 times) it doesn't show the QR code for your unlimited subscription.

11. It's kind of wonky in that pre-existing members (signed up at the wash) have to then link/register a SECOND time, but it works.
