Why should I report an Issue with Saladworks?

1. I cannot earn points because there is no box to check off to agree to terms and conditions.Can't sign in to app because it says to check terms and conditions and there is no box to check.

2. 😡The new Lakewood ranch location is absolutely stunning! I'm so excited to have one in Florida!!! The app is super easy to navigate, and after 2 salads, I already have about 40 points!I can scan and earn points.

3. It makes me select a location from a list that contains hundreds of stores and a small crappy map EVERY SINGLE TIME.

4. And if you want to swap something on a salad, like getting a different kind of cheese, you have to remove what it comes with and "add on" the other kind, for which you get charged extra.

5. I hit "go back" and guess what, it starts over with the location selection, even though I marked one as my favorite.Only one star because for the longest time, you couldn't even place orders through app.

6. Each time I click on the login it tells me to "Please check Terms & Conditions.

7. Want to see what toppings you chose or add another one? Clicking back in to toppings removes all of them! Hit the x when you're in a topping selection menu? It removes everything you've selected and takes you back to the menu.

8. Ever heard of local storage? Even when I select a restaurant, I can't properly order a "Create my own" salad.

9. Says select up to 3 bases... I choose romaine/iceberg blend, spins for a few seconds, says 1 at the bottom right and I can't select pasta.

10. Then when I want to use points to pay for my order, it wants me to sign in, which I had already done.

11. Guess the app is still just as useless!I love Saladworks, but their app is beyond frustrating if you want any kind of customization.

1. Fix Saladworks Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Saladworks: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Saladworks App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Saladworks" » Open Saladworks » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Saladworks » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Saladworks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Saladworks servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Saladworks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Saladworks app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Saladworks might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Saladworks. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Saladworks then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Saladworks not working

2. Fix Saladworks Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Saladworks be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Saladworks not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Saladworks may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
