1. Has great potential, but missing too much.I love this app so much! It is perfect for any sort of mind mapping and unlike other mind maps that I have downloaded, this has unlimited space, which is perfect.

2. The only feature I'm missing is a collaborate mode, where multiple users could edit one mindmap, but I guess you can't have it all.Fantastic! A Mind Map for mobile with excellent export options for further work.

ATTENTION DEVELOPER: HOWEVER, I lose my phone all the time, & would GREATLY appreciate some sort of in-app password protection, maybe an optional timeout interface where if you just opened the app or have left it alone for an optional allotted amount of time, the interface popping up and requiring a personal password.

1. Fix Orbit Mind Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Orbit Mind: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Orbit Mind App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Orbit Mind" » Open Orbit Mind - Mind Mapping » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Orbit Mind » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Orbit Mind - Mind Mapping app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Orbit Mind servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Orbit Mind - Mind Mapping" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Orbit Mind app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Orbit Mind might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Orbit Mind. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Orbit Mind then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Orbit Mind not working

2. Fix Orbit Mind Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Orbit Mind be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Orbit Mind not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Orbit Mind may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
