I'm going to uninstall & find one that actually works if such a thing exists - this is the third app lock that I've tried that doesn't do the one thing it should.I am very disappointed as the only reason I got this app was because of the multiple lock option, and it only has the pattern or password which do not correlate with the addition pin and face recognition.

10. Just uninstall Applock from playstore and reinstall.Take in.mind you have to go through the "Permit" process a couple of times and reboot your phone before it sticks.

11. You have to open the app to relock apps so if someone else has your phone and turns it off and on it's useless.

1. Fix AppLock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AppLock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AppLock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AppLock" » Open AppLock - Lock Apps & Privacy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AppLock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AppLock - Lock Apps & Privacy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AppLock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AppLock - Lock Apps & Privacy " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AppLock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AppLock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AppLock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AppLock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AppLock not working

2. Fix AppLock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AppLock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AppLock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AppLock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
