1. So in general, it's just more of a downgrade and it is just harder to find videos or certain things you are looking for.Can you guys PLEASE improve on streaming videos!!! I can barely watch things without it freezing all the time.

2. Please help with accessing purchased concert.I can watch videos from TWICE with English subtitles now, lol.

3. - sometimes the can app can be a bit buggy by not sending notifications and such but it's still a good app and one I recommend for all of those who are interested in spending more time with their favorite idols!I wish I hadn't updated now.

4. when I try to cast it on the tv, there are no subtitles!!! WHYYYY! Everything else is fine, but I love seeing it on a bigger screen (I have terrible eye sight and cannot be glued to the phone for long time), but with no subtitles I cannot enjoy the content fully.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix V LIVE Issues

1. Fix V LIVE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart V LIVE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the V LIVE App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "V LIVE" » Open V LIVE » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for V LIVE » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear V LIVE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from V LIVE servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "V LIVE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check V LIVE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, V LIVE might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall V LIVE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall V LIVE then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing V LIVE not working


2. Fix V LIVE Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make V LIVE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to V LIVE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, V LIVE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have been trying to log into my account after getting my new phone. I clicked on the "having trouble logging in" and it states that it sent me an email to reset my password. I have not received any email and I have been waiting all day for one.
