Thank you to the creator of this app for allowing my creative abilities to flow even more💪👍With this app it constantly crashes when I try and open it it crashes instantly for the past couple of months I have been emailing the creators of the app saying to fix this but still not only is it still not working I haven't even gotten a response.Downloaded it to separate audio from video.

2. This app did its work as an audio editor just fine, but in a recent update they added charges for audio editing and made video editing completely free which nobody will ever use since there are better options for them.

1. Fix Media Studio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Media Studio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Media Studio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Media Studio" » Open Media Studio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Media Studio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Media Studio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Media Studio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Media Studio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Media Studio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Media Studio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Media Studio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Media Studio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Media Studio not working

2. Fix Media Studio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Media Studio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Media Studio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Media Studio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
