I have found the app to be very useful, so I hope that this can be fixed soon.really helpful, especially given you can translate images, I mainly use it for Japanese, but it does have other languages, the fact that I can translate something with an image is so nice (apparently there is also a real time translate feature, but haven't tried out personally) the images don't even get saved to your phone, which is a plus to me, I don't need hundreds of blurry Japanese text in my album, and it stays that way.I use Papago all the time when I'm working on my Japanese studies and when I want to know what images say! I'm normally content enough with Google translate, but it just doesn't do as well of a job when it comes to translating Japanese.

2. Now, when I try to translate words in Chrome by opening Papago Mini, instead of translating the selected text it takes me to the app's settings to allow it to display over other apps.

1. Fix Naver Papago Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Naver Papago: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Naver Papago App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Naver Papago" » Open Naver Papago - AI Translator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Naver Papago » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Naver Papago - AI Translator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Naver Papago servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Naver Papago - AI Translator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Naver Papago app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Naver Papago might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Naver Papago. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Naver Papago then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Naver Papago not working

2. Fix Naver Papago Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Naver Papago be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Naver Papago not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Naver Papago may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
