1. Will give conclusion after try desktop version.Terrible app 😕 Im trying to set up shop and the app won't even let me manage my stuff so far printful is bad unless you have a desktop if your using a phone run for the hills because printful is not the way to goI truly hate this app.

2. Using the website is buggy as anything on your phone, (come people it's 2023 people use their phone a lot more than their PC) constantly loving designs etc then as I mentioned above noting being able transfer to the app it becomes a pain.

3. I know you can still design stuff if you go to products and pick a product, choose between making a personal order or order samples, then you design the product, can save as template and back out of the order.

1. Fix Printful Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Printful: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Printful App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Printful" » Open Printful » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Printful » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Printful app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Printful servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Printful" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Printful app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Printful might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Printful. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Printful then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Printful not working

2. Fix Printful Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Printful be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Printful not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Printful may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
