1. Making reservations is the main purpose of this app.Does not work, opens the first time but when you want tonopen it again it just shows the loading screen.

2. If you try opening it again after that, it just shows the startup screen forever, so if you really want to use it you have to install, open and then remove and reinstall to get it to wprk again.App does not work.

3. App logs me out automatically now, it also says unable to play video on launch as welll .. some QAing is needed.Fonalledas want us to die for them during the pandemic and they don't have the decency to at least make a decent app for us to do so.For 3 days now I can't do a reservation.

4. Image at the start does not load up or partially loads up.The app only works the first time you open it after installation.

5. Account created, logged in, go to reservation form, touch date or any other field causes App stop.

6. You can even put your start/end location and it'll tell you how to get to where you wanna go!App stops.everytime you try to create a reservation.

7. The app closes each time i touch tge date button.The app do not works.

8. The other 3 options: entrance selection, scheduled hour of entry and how many people, work ok now.

9. Everytime you click to enter reservation it shuts down completely.

10. Using Android.Installed it for the map of Plaza las Americas, and it works great.

1. Fix PLAZA App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PLAZA App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PLAZA App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PLAZA App" » Open PLAZA App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PLAZA App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PLAZA App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PLAZA App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PLAZA App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PLAZA App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PLAZA App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PLAZA App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PLAZA App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PLAZA App not working

2. Fix PLAZA App Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PLAZA App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PLAZA App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PLAZA App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
