1. I got it to grey the background of a picture, but the feature doesn't work.The biggest issue is having to start all over again trying to rememer where you were, because when it's time to "Save" their screen goes completly blank..the app keeps dropping the ball where it's most important.I love using this app, however it occasionally freezes up during editing and there's no way to unfreeze without losing your work completely.

2. The zoom is good for accuracy as is the ability to erase any slight overspill back with the grey.Great, I love my colour splash photos, love how I can add some black & white as well as leaving little colour.

3. Both the "download" and "share" buttons bring up the same options to publish to social media or Google Drive, bIt is exactly what I wanted for free! The adds are a distraction.

4. Thank youAs soon as I opened the app ad, everytime you click on something ad, tried doing the one thing I wanted had to watch an ad...that's definitely one way to get someone to delete your app.Not impressed so far.

5. My only concern is that hopefully in the next update is that when you use splash, I think you should apply zoom-in photo so that user can easily splash color perfectly and no more glitch.

6. I find adding the original colour back to the b&w photo , works best, rather than adding the app colours.

7. Pity about so many adds, finish editing, get an add, save the photo get an add, leave to get another image another add, albeit some are short, but still too many adds.

8. You can't zoom in to get detail on the color and the save feature just turns the screen black.

1. Fix Color Splash Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Color Splash: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Color Splash App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Color Splash" » Open Color Splash - Photo Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Color Splash » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Color Splash - Photo Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Color Splash servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Color Splash - Photo Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Color Splash app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Color Splash might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Color Splash. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Color Splash then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Color Splash not working

2. Fix Color Splash Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Color Splash be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Color Splash not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Color Splash may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
