1. Didn't have this problem before and was always able to edit photos no matter where they were located.Finally! The (almost) Perfect Photo App! I've wanted an complete photo app like I had with iPhone but couldn't get Android devs to even add a simple arrow (modifiable) sticker to their apps for the sake of pointing out an area on a photo.

This one sux all around, especially on a desktop pc, all it says is "loading" "Saving to Hub" "Picmonkey has stopped working"been a user for years and years now and im not sure what happened, but every time I try to edit a photo on the app, it won't even load my photo before closing without warning.

3. No matter your level of training, you can create professional graphics and edit pics to perfection.If you like taking 20 hrs to edit one photo because its constantly "Saving to Hub" and freezing up this is the perfect software for you.

4. The most frustrating part is that you cannot edit current versions of the work you started on your desktop on the mobile app.

5. And their updated version is even better! But the original is so good, they give us the option to use either version with just the push of a button...and i love that! It's user friendly and great for a novice and expert alike.

6. Uninstalling... Again.I absolutely love the desktop version of this app, but the mobile version is not very versatile.

2. Update the PicMonkey Photo + Graphic Desi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PicMonkey Photo + Graphic Desi" » Open PicMonkey Photo + Graphic Desi » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PicMonkey Photo + Graphic Desi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PicMonkey Photo + Graphic Desi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PicMonkey Photo + Graphic Desi servers.
