Delivery was fineIt has become quite expensive, they charge 4 euros extra if you order cigarettes (the rest of the delivery markets don't charge anything extra) and the worst, before making the order the system tells you it will take around 30-35 minutes to deliver, after making the order the delivery time increases to 45-50 minutes, and the order ends up taking an hour and a half.

Clear, easy to navigate, simple enough that I'd never thought about it, from and end user point of view it "just works"The app works perfectly most of the time however there are time when the tracking doesn't work for whatever reason and times when it won't except card but my overall experience has been greatNice items, and good customer service.

3. They have added a "Deposit" of 1,50€ extra to pay for each order!! Delivery fee+invented deposit+tip = more than 8€ extra to pay.

4. I decided to try it for the first time, I made my payment, it was debited from my bank account, but the program didn't show my order at all, I tried to contact them, but I didn't get any response.

5. Then the delivery fee and the minimum order price... rather just go to the store, especially for small purchases.

6. Both tones delivery was on less than 20 minutes and I've had some vegetables beat AH quality, but the high prices and the little selection, make this a once in a while use.

7. With smaller overhead than the stores, prices should be smaller especially since there is delivery fee if the cost is below €40.It seems like a new app lacking in functionality.

8. Their products price are already between 0,20 and 0,50€ higher than in shops and now they add this extra DEPOSIT.I am very dissatisfied and annoyed.

9. With the amount of competency in the area, I will just deinstall the app and order elsewhere when I need itNobody should use this app, at least if they do not want to get robbed.

10. Sometimes the delivery time is a bit longer than expected.

11. The interface could be improved (e.g. you have to take extra steps to see your order), otherwise searching for and adding products is smooth enough.

1. Fix Flink Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Flink: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Flink App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Flink" » Open Flink: Groceries in minutes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Flink » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Flink: Groceries in minutes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Flink servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Flink: Groceries in minutes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Flink app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Flink might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Flink. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Flink then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Flink not working

2. Fix Flink Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Flink be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Flink not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Flink may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
