Why should I report an Issue with D-Track - Dialysis Tracker?

1. I think it would be a bonus if this app had a notes section to jot down key info.No option to extract report.. unable to view water intake for previous day's... The main reason I had installed this app is to measure my water intake.Only a 4 stars just wish it allowed me to set a dwell time and had an alarm for exchanges.Installed the program and ran into an error before I could start an account.Working now.

3. Can I get an earlier .apk file until this is worked out? Update: screenshots sent.This app is a great concept, but some critical blind spots had me uninstall it and delete it from my app library.

4. There are significant time lapses between taking pre-weight and inserting needles, and also from the end of treatment to taking the post-weight.

1. Fix D-Track Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart D-Track: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the D-Track App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "D-Track" » Open D-Track - Dialysis Tracker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for D-Track » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear D-Track - Dialysis Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from D-Track servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "D-Track - Dialysis Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check D-Track app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, D-Track might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall D-Track. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall D-Track then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing D-Track not working

2. Fix D-Track Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make D-Track be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to D-Track not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, D-Track may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
