DreamMapper Customer Insights

1. For example, it randomly makes you put on your serial number, or it Worked fine for a month and then now says "failed to connect to server try again later." I have tried unplugging the machine, I have made sure the Bluetooth was on and that the Wi-Fi connection was ok.

2. The Dreamstation has direct 4G connectivity so Phillips doesn't need a separate path to collect patient data.When it works, it's great.

3. Also agree with other users that we need some more granular data (graphs over night - were incidents clustered together, or spread evenly? That matters...)This app is plagued by bugs.

4. My Bluetooth sees my other devices just fine.Very poor Bluetooth connectivity - only stays connected long enough to perform a few CPAP usage updates before it needs to be re-paired.

5. The latest is that no data is shown for the last week, even though the machine itself shows that data was written to the sdcard.

6. The data it provides is of limited use to the individual user, but probably very helpful to the insuance carriers it reports to over the machine's built in cellular modem.

7. The dream station pairs with my tablet, and appears to transfer data, but the data from the past six weeks doesn't show up on the tablet screen.

8. To view the tiny bit of that data that's made available, it's just easier to look at the machine itself.

9. However, since the latest update on 5.18.23 there is no data being read by app.

10. When it works, it's very useful, but it rarely works.For the first two months it worked fine, then for six months it worked intermittently, and now it won't work at all.

11. However, since the last update it seems to take forever for data to show up.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DreamMapper Issues

1. Fix DreamMapper Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  1. Restart DreamMapper: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the DreamMapper App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DreamMapper" » Open DreamMapper » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DreamMapper » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear DreamMapper app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DreamMapper servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DreamMapper" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check DreamMapper app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DreamMapper might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall DreamMapper. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DreamMapper then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DreamMapper not working

2. Fix DreamMapper Server issues & Internet Connection

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DreamMapper be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DreamMapper not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DreamMapper may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I cannot login to my Dream Mapper account.

    When I tried the "forgot password" path, after I enter my email and device SN which is D131059314BBA3 by the way, I got a message saying "Account Information Invalid".

    So I tried to register again, and of course, it said that my email address was already registered, so perhaps the SN you have for me is not the same as the one I have?

  • I cannot log in to dream mapper. when i put in my user (rreed13@redacted and my device number J29479383e797 it says info not correct. i may have put my origianl device # in. that device was recalled, i don't have that device number. i can't see to log in to change the device number. i can't seem to use the old password, or create a new one. i would like to read my data card.

  • Several times now the app has deleted or failed to register data for a period of up to a week or more. It does not register the ramp feature on my machine, and there is no way to change the start or end time of the 24-hour clock that Dreammapper is set to follow after it has been set.
