1. For example, it randomly makes you put on your serial number, or it Worked fine for a month and then now says "failed to connect to server try again later." I have tried unplugging the machine, I have made sure the Bluetooth was on and that the Wi-Fi connection was ok.
2. The Dreamstation has direct 4G connectivity so Phillips doesn't need a separate path to collect patient data.When it works, it's great.
3. Also agree with other users that we need some more granular data (graphs over night - were incidents clustered together, or spread evenly? That matters...)This app is plagued by bugs.
4. My Bluetooth sees my other devices just fine.Very poor Bluetooth connectivity - only stays connected long enough to perform a few CPAP usage updates before it needs to be re-paired.

When I tried the "forgot password" path, after I enter my email and device SN which is D131059314BBA3 by the way, I got a message saying "Account Information Invalid".
So I tried to register again, and of course, it said that my email address was already registered, so perhaps the SN you have for me is not the same as the one I have?

I cannot log in to dream mapper. when i put in my user (rreed13@redacted and my device number J29479383e797 it says info not correct. i may have put my origianl device # in. that device was recalled, i don't have that device number. i can't see to log in to change the device number. i can't seem to use the old password, or create a new one. i would like to read my data card.

My DreamMapper app quit working on 6-24-2022. When I launch the app it shows the blue screen the word DreamMapper and the Philips logo. I do not see the usual message about "connecting". The blue screen just sits there and never gives an error message or shows any data. What do I do to get this app working?

Several times now the app has deleted or failed to register data for a period of up to a week or more. It does not register the ramp feature on my machine, and there is no way to change the start or end time of the 24-hour clock that Dreammapper is set to follow after it has been set.

My Dreamstation Go has stopped transferring since your update, I have done all the recommendations requested several times, this has been more of a health issue to me since, probably worst than my apnea problem, depressed and dissatisfied.

I have a new cpap machine that no matter what I do, the upload says FAILED. My Bluetooth is on, the device shows up and the Bluetooth setting on the machine is ON. Nothing!?! The first few days it was working, then suddenly nothing!
This is exactly the problem. This is the second time you have asked me to fill out this form. After having to change my password 4 or 5 times I'm giving up.
