I reloaded it again from my Google account on my Nexus Player, but again it's not showing, yet.Great IPTV app, initially I had a problem with playlist groups not working but with excellent support from Paolo the developer identified the issue and fixed a bug that caused Groups Management to crash if empty, now all works brilliant.

2. If this worked and had decent support it could be a great app.Absolutely one of the best IPTV players out there! Loads/refreshes quickly, with tons of custom options.

3. The problem is now solved.Wel I am happy with the app.. you shut take some time to make you're time it's not like install and go but there a alotte off options witch I like so 5 stars from me have used it on more devices without any problems.

4. If they could just fix this I'd give it a fiveCan't handle large playlists, support doesn't reply and I have to force stop and clear cache repeatedly just to get a stream to work.

5. May request a refund if I can't figure out a good way to manage the contentSo far it works great with no issues.

6. Only 1 very useful feature missing in my opinion, which causes me to use other players that do have it particularly when I'm using this on my TV with remote, is the ability to quickly jump back 'n forth to last channel.

8. Why does it mash live tv, movie, and series categories all into one? It so overwhelming while every other iptv app does this cleanly.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix IPTV Extreme Pro Issues

1. Fix IPTV Extreme Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart IPTV Extreme Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the IPTV Extreme Pro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IPTV Extreme Pro" » Open IPTV Extreme Pro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IPTV Extreme Pro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear IPTV Extreme Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IPTV Extreme Pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IPTV Extreme Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check IPTV Extreme Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IPTV Extreme Pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall IPTV Extreme Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IPTV Extreme Pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IPTV Extreme Pro not working


2. Fix IPTV Extreme Pro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IPTV Extreme Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IPTV Extreme Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IPTV Extreme Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • having successfully added 2 new groups (Sports and Movies) and added channels to it, i find that i cannot move the channels. it can be done with "favourites" only. can you add a way to move channels in the groups as can be done with favourites. i tried to add the channels in the order that i wanted but they ended up scattered all over. using an H96 Max+ Android tv box with Android 8.1 also, when "play with" is used all of the apps, on the box, show up including "File browser". would it be possible to add a de-selector in settings to remove the apps not wanted to be used. many thanks

  • when setting a recording from the EPG, every recording is accepted but all of them fail. this has been since the V117 update. when starting it from Download/Record manually they record just fine. i do not see why this would happen as all that has changed were the 2 updates to V116 and V117 worked perfectly on V115. any help would be great as some of my recordings are through the night.
